No regrets

We’ve been trying to be more thoughtful with our purchases. So when we needed to replace our mattress looking for a flame retardant free mattress was a high priority. As we were unable to visit the showroom due to distance and test the mattress in person, we had to rely on customer service advice. Customer service was friendly and extremely helpful. We are really happy with the mattress. It’s soft and comfortable but also strong and supportive. We can now sleep safe and sound. Thank you!

Fantastic Mattress

After receiving our Cottonsafe king size mattress a year ago, we haven't been able to keep our 6year old off it, having to transfer him to his own bed most nights of the week after he falls asleep. He now has his own beautiful mattress and is sleeping well. Very comfortable, safe and well constructed. Thank you to the team.

Bliss

I have had my vegan luxury mattress, topper and pillows for about 6 weeks now. I actually chose to drive down from Yorkshire to Devon to try out my choices. Megan could not have made me more welcome, despite being a day they don't usually have customers in the showroom, I laid around on various mattresses for about 2 hours !!!. I can say that apart from being wonderfully comfortable, the back and hip ache I was experiencing with my previous mattress, disappeared instantly, the first night and have never returned. I also purchased the topper and pillows. I didn't see the sense in a chemical free mattress if my head was lying on chemicals. I don't always have a perfect sleep but at least when I'm awake I am still comfortable. I was very keen to have a vegan mattress, the chemicals I hadn't even thought about. Would 100% recommend Cottonsafe. A brilliant company to deal with, everybody so helpful, but no pressure. The product sells itself.

Superb company, customer service and products

From the time we arrived at the CottonSafe showroom to try out out their range of mattresses and pillows we received professional & courteous service. The mattress and pillow bought for my bed are exceedingly comfortable. I strongly recommend this company and its products. Brilliant!!
