Delivery of Adult Bed Mattresses
Due to high demand, delivery will be between 3 to 6 weeks - every mattress is handmade to order (except for the Aspiro which we have in stock or Clearance items). If you require an urgent delivery please call and we can check if it is possible to manufacture and deliver by your required date.
We are currently only able to ship bed mattresses to the mainland UK. Deliveries to some areas of Scotland, Wales, East Anglia and Cornwall will incur a surcharge (+£45 or +£60) which will be calculated at the checkout. If you would like a quote prior to checkout please call.
If you are based outside of the mainland UK, we can deliver to a mainland based shipper for onward shipping to other countries if you could arrange this. Please note if you were to use a shipper, once your delivery has been despatched from us and delivered to your shipper, our responsibility for the product ceases. We are not responsible for the product when onward shipping outside of the mainland UK.

Bed Mattress Delivery Process
Once your order has been placed, we will contact you via email, to give you an estimated delivery week. Please note this may be subject to change.
The actual delivery date will be booked in with you, by text, directly with the courier approximately one week in advance. Delivery is booked on the next available route in your area. The couriers will call you one hour before arrival on the day. They will provide a two man delivery team to the room of your choice.
The lead time depends on where you are based in the country. For despatch we have created four delivery zones across the UK which are rotated in sequence. We always despatch as soon as possible, so please let us know if you would like your delivery later and we can delay shipment. If an order has to be put on hold, we will reschedule for the next available route in approximately four weeks’ time. Should your mattress be despatched with the courier, but you are unable to accept it for any reason, a re-delivery charge of £100 will apply (as this is what the courier charges us).
The couriers are happy to remove footwear before coming into your house – please just ask them to do so when they arrive and they will be happy to oblige.
When you receive your mattress it will have two recyclable polythene bags protecting your order. Attached to the innermost bag is a documents wallet which contains your order confirmation, mattress care instructions and your warranty registration form. Please ensure you are retain these documents and fill in the warranty within the designated time period. Should you not be able to find these documents please contact us within 48 hours from delivery and we will issue new documentation.
Please note that the courier will ask you to sign for acceptance of your delivery to confirm receipt of all items listed. Should you be missing an item listed from your order, please cross out the missing item and contact us immediately to inform us.
Please be aware that, when mattresses are placed on the van, they will be arranged on their edges. This may result in the mattress arriving with a slightly reduced width or length, due to the compression of the natural fibres under the mattresses own weight. Once the mattress has been laid flat and the fibres relaxed back down, the mattress will return to its specified dimensions. Should you find that the mattress appears to be shorter or narrower than expected, please accept the delivery and call us so that we are aware and can best advise you.
Following the Government’s current COVID-19 guidance, and heavy lifting required, the couriers have advised us that their staff will NOT be wearing face coverings indoors and therefore social distancing MUST be adhered to. Should you be uncomfortable with this, we can organise for the couriers to deliver to the building entrance or garage of your choice.

Delivery of Children’s Mattresses, Futomats (excluding 6’), Futons, Toppers and individual mattress protectors.
For delivery these items we use a National Monday to Friday delivery courier – DX, Tuffnells or APC.
Please allow 7 working days for delivery of Futons, Children's Mattresses and Futomats (for 6' Futomats please refer to the Bed Mattress delivery). All these items (except mattress protectors) are handmade to order.
On placing an order, we will email an order confirmation with a suggested delivery date. Please let us know if this is convenient.
Our couriers deliver between 7am and 6pm on weekdays and we are unable to give an estimated time for delivery or delivery slot. There needs to be someone available to check and sign for the goods. Please also be aware that our couriers will deliver to your front door only as they are not insured to enter a property.
If your property is in an apartment building, or isn't on the ground floor, the courier will deliver to the building entrance only (they are not obliged to bring goods to your flat door but the driver might help you take the goods to your door if a goods lift is available, but may need help). If you have any concerns regarding access to the property, please contact us ahead of placing your order.
Please note that we deliver to the mainland UK ONLY for free. We may be able to deliver Children’s Mattresses, Futons & Futomats to parts of Scotland and Scottish Highlands but there will be an additional delivery charge and it may take more time to get to you. Call for a list of areas affected or a quote for delivery. We get our quotes directly from our couriers and you will be charged exactly the amount they quote to us.
On delivery, we request that you check that there has been no damage to the outer packaging during transportation before signing for it. We are not asking you to check the actual product, as there is not time to do this with the driver present, please just check for any obvious holes or marks. Our couriers are usually very good and our products are packaged well, but occasionally products can be damaged. If you have any concerns about the packaging whatsoever, then please contact the office immediately after delivery so that we can address the issue with the courier. We will then replace it.
Please note that if an order is damaged by the courier but we have not been notified, we will be unable to replace it.
