A good experience, thank you. Communication with CottonSafe was good and delivery was within the time frame stated. The mattresses are firmer than expected but my boys love them and find them comfortable. My only criticism is regarding the delivery, which was no the fault of CottonSafe: the delivery driver was supposed to do a physically-distanced drop to our backdoor to enable us to get the mattresses in the house quickly but instead left them on our front doorstep in the pouring rain. This made it really challenging to get them to the required room (they are heavy!) and I was worried about them being wet. However, they were really well packaged and the mattresses themselves had stayed dry. Overall, we’re happy with the purchases and will return to buy a replacement for ourselves. Thank you!

The mattress is perfect. It’s super comfortable and no odd smells. So, so happy to have found a vegan and chemical free mattress. It’s so worth it. Also, the customer service here is wonderful. I was very well looked after by Megan and Jessica who were so kind and upbeat throughout my particular process. Thank you.
