With the sprung comfort of individual pocket springs, nestled between fabulously soft organic British wool and topped with soft cotton layers that cradle your body as you sleep. Finished in our signature organic cotton and wool Cottonsafe® cover, it is 100% chemical and fire retardant free.
Hand-crafted in our Devon based workshop on the outskirts of Woodbury – the Organic Wool Children’s mattress has the same fillings on both sides meaning it is a fully turnable mattress. The Organic Wool Children’s bed mattress is quality assured by our craftspeople and comes with a 5 year warranty.
The Organic Wool Children’s bed mattress is designed to cater for kids aged 2 to around 10 and offers the perfect support for their physical development. Designed alongside our friends at the Children's Sleep Charity, you can sleep soundly knowing that your children are too.
Like all of our mattresses the Organic Wool Children's mattress is completely free from chemicals including fire retardants and spray adhesives. Our products pass the strict UK fire regulations using our patented Cottonsafe® fabric.
It’s worth noting that this mattress is designed for children only and won’t be comfortable or appropriate for adults. If you share a bed regularly with your little ones then have a look at the Appledore bed mattress.

Organic Wool
Our Organic wool is sourced locally from British farms, it provides outstanding temperature control and is naturally hypoallergenic which makes it the obvious choice for a natural sleep environment.
Cotton
Soft and breathable, cotton is the world’s most widely used fibre. Naturally hypoallergenic and temperature regulating our the cotton used in our clever Cottonsafe® cover is organic and the cotton fibre within the mattress fillings is pesticide free, making it safe and sustainable.
Pocket Springs
Individually nested pocket springs offer a more traditional sleep comfort.

Product Care
The Organic Wool Children's mattress is a double-sided mattress, it requires regular flipping and rotating.
It is not uncommon for a small amount of dipping to appear in your mattress or topper where the natural fibres have been compressed. We recommend you flip and rotate your new Children's mattress weekly for the first 4 – 6 months to allow the fillings to settle evenly across the top surface.
