There is nothing better than trying our mattresses for yourself. We would love to welcome you to visit our Showroom on the Woodbury Business Park in Woodbury near Exeter to try our full range and find your perfect chemical free mattress.

We’re a small family-run business with a young family and a small team, so while we do our best to be around, there are times we get called away. If you’re planning to visit, please give us a quick call or drop us an email first so we can make sure someone’s here to welcome you and help out!

Please be advised that our office, showroom and workshop will be closed from Wednesday, 19 August through Monday, 31 August 2026 (inclusive).

This closure gives our team the opportunity to enjoy a well-earned break and spend quality time with their families over the summer.
During this period, we will have limited access to emails. Any enquiries received during the closure will be attended to as soon as possible.

Please note that our standard lead times may be extended both before and after the closure as we work through scheduled orders and enquiries. If you have any urgent requirements, we encourage you to place your orders or contact us in advance of the closure wherever possible.

We can be found 4.5 miles from Junction 30 of the M5 (9 minutes by car) at:

Speak to our highly knowledgeable chemical-free experts about your specific needs. Get professional advice without any pressure to buy.

Unlike retailers, we handcraft each of our mattresses here at the factory, so we know exactly what goes into them! The Showroom is attached to our Cottonsafe® workshop where we handcraft all of our products. We can show you all the materials we use, discuss the properties of each in detail and you can even see the mattresses being manufactured for total peace of mind.
